It's Location, I've used B&B before and all sites are Well located, B&B Hamm is literally across the road from the Railway station.. The Hotel is Bigger than the other Hotels, the Room was the standard design for there hotels which is nice because you know what you are getting, Comfortable accommodation at a Good Price, Breakfast is always good varied menu and This Breakfast area is Huge , Plenty of room. A Nice stay And a Great location.

Location next to the railway station is obviously perfect and soundproofing is excellent as there was no train noise. Room was comfortable. Shower seal wasn’t great, so the floor got soaking wet. Would be nice to have a bin in the room so you don’t have to go to the bathroom every time you throw something out. It’s nice that breakfast is included. Most parts of the breakfast are pretty good.

This B&B is in the middle of the city which makes it easy to go out and find things to do, or to go shopping. The staff was friendly and spoke English too, which was nice. The check-in and check-out could be done using a code, which was the same as used to open the room door. The room was quite big with enough space to sit and enjoy ourselves for an evening.

Immediately opposite the railway station, as I arrived well over an hour later than expected, recently not uncommon in Germany, it was great to be able to just get to the hotel asap and crash on the bed. Really liked that the hotel was clean, airconditioned and despite being next to the railway it was still very quiet (with window closed).

Fantastic aircon but was nice to also get air into the room. Once the window was closed the sound proofing was good. Great wifi and the tv was huge with a good selection of channels. I liked the key code entry too. Liked the fact that there were room rates with and without breakfast.
